  • Providence Court is a Pet Friendly property!

    Pet deposits are $150/pet due upon move-in, then $15/month for cats, $25/month for dogs, & $5/month for any other smaller pets thereafter. Reptiles are not allowed with the exception of turtles.

    All pets require proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and the city of Pullman requires that all dogs are licensed. There are no breed/weight restrictions on pets.

    If you require an assistive animal, please reach out to management prior to moving in or lease start for approval and procedures for uploading proper documentation.
